Your SignVed purchases are dispatched from our warehouse using reputable courier agencies. Please allow the specified number of days from order receipt.
For domestic prepaid orders, processing takes 1 business day, while COD orders require 2 business days for personal verification, ensuring a seamless process. Expect delivery within 7-10 business days, with potential delays for areas with limited coverage, taking up to 10-12 working days.
ORDER DELIVERIES WILL OCCUR BETWEEN
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays. A signature is necessary upon delivery. If you can’t be present, suggest an alternative (family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.). However, SignVed disclaims responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. We are not liable for damage after delivery.
For order-related complaints, contact Customer Care within 7 business days from delivery for resolution.

SHIPPING CHARGES
For Domestic Orders:
We ship PAN India with a flat shipping charge of Rs. 60 minimum and Rs. 300 maximum, depends on weight of delivery package and delivery location.
